Friday, December 2rd - Independent Minded: The Inner Workings of Outsider Politics – An evening with independent strategist, Jackie Salit in dialoguewith Lois Holzman, Christine LaCerva and Rafael Mendez
Jackie Salit is a founder of the New York Independence Party and president of IndependentVoting.org. As a strategist, on-the-ground organizer and expert on independent politics, she is a frequent commentator on issues surrounding the independent voter. Since 2003, she has convened five national conferences of independents. She was campaign manager for Mike Bloomberg’s mayoral runs on the Independence Party line. Salit is the author of the upcoming Independents Rising.
